Only by adjusting the "current adjustment" knob, the output current will change, and the output voltage will also change. (here current is master and voltage is slave)
In short, to clarify the master-slave relationship. The voltage and current on the load can be changed only when the power supply is in the "constant current" state to adjust the current, and when the power supply is in the "constant voltage" state to adjust the voltage.
